These terms explain the permitted use of the Planning Hub. They are a prototype draft and must be completed before public launch.
1. What this service is
Planning guidance for first time pilgrims preparing the Portuguese Coastal Camino.
2. What this service is not
- Not a booking agency.
- Not a travel agency.
- Not a live price checker.
- Not a navigation app.
- Not an emergency service.
- Not medical, fitness or injury advice.
- Not real time Camino support.
3. Free planning tools
- The Budget Calculator gives planning estimates based on assumptions.
- Estimates are not guaranteed costs.
- Actual costs, availability, weather, route conditions and personal circumstances may differ.
4. Accounts
- Accounts are not enabled in this build.
- The final product must support Google Sign In and passwordless email sign in.
- Users are responsible for using their own account and keeping access secure.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, scraping, abusive automation, malicious code, attempts to access other users' data, attempts to bypass security, or submission of unnecessary sensitive data.
6. Paid review service
The Personalised Camino Planning Review has separate scope and refund terms at /review-policy. Purchase is not enabled in this build.
7. Availability
No promise of continuous availability or uptime is made.
8. Changes
Features may change before launch.
9. Legal identity

Additional billing details are provided only where legally required for an accepted paid service. Paid planning reviews and payments are not available yet.
