1. Current prototype status

Cookie consent and analytics are not enabled in this build. No tracking is performed beyond what is required to render this page.

2. Essential cookies and storage

Essential cookies and similar browser storage are required for authentication, account access and core app functionality. These cannot be turned off without breaking sign in and saved planning features.

3. Analytics cookies (optional, not enabled yet)

Analytics cookies are optional. When analytics is enabled in a future build, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may be used to understand aggregate usage of the Planning Hub.

• Google Analytics will only run after the user gives Analytics consent.
• If Analytics consent is not given, GA4 and Google Tag Manager must not load and must not send analytics events.
• Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and sessions.
• Default GA4 cookie duration may be up to 2 years unless changed in settings.
• No name, email, user ID, free text, payment information or review content may be sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics is not active in this build. No analytics cookies are set and no analytics events are sent.

4. Managing preferences

A cookie preferences control must be available before analytics is enabled publicly. Until then, only essential storage is used.

Additional billing details are provided only where legally required for an accepted paid service. Paid planning reviews and payments are not available yet.
