Review Scope and Refund Policy

This page explains the intended scope of the Personalised Camino Planning Review. Review requests and payments are not enabled in this build.

1. Price and request process

  • 59 USD, one time payment.
  • Payment is only requested after the request is reviewed and accepted.
  • No payment is requested in this build.
  • No payment instructions can be sent before fiscal and invoicing validation is complete.

2. What the review includes

  • Day by day stage planning structure for the supported route to Santiago, with approximate distances.
  • Comments based on walking days, budget, accommodation approach and luggage choices.
  • Relevant packing and general preparation notes where appropriate.
  • A private written review page in the dashboard when the dashboard is enabled.
  • Up to two email follow up rounds within 14 calendar days after delivery.

3. Delivery timing

  • Up to 5 working days after payment is confirmed and all required information has been received.
  • This is not enabled in this build.

4. What the review does not include

  • Accommodation, transport or luggage transfer bookings.
  • Purchases or payments to third party suppliers.
  • Daily restaurant planning or availability research.
  • Real time assistance during the Camino.
  • Medical or health advice.
  • Unlimited changes.
  • A new itinerary after material changes to dates, route, participants, budget or travel requirements.
  • Guarantees of cost, availability, weather, route conditions or personal suitability.

5. Payments

  • Payment is requested only after acceptance.
  • The payment method is not enabled in this build.
  • The final payment process depends on fiscal and invoicing validation.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • If the user cancels before payment, no fee is due.
  • If payment has been made but work has not started, a full refund may be requested.
  • If work has started, refund requests are assessed case by case.
  • After delivery, refunds are normally not provided because travel plans changed, but may be considered for material failure against the agreed scope.
  • Final wording must be reviewed before payments are enabled.

7. Follow up period

  • Up to two included email follow up rounds.
  • Submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
  • Follow ups cover clarification or small adjustments.
  • Material changes are outside scope.
