Privacy Policy

1. Current prototype status

• Account creation is not enabled.
• Saved dashboards are not enabled.
• Paid review requests are not enabled.
• Payments are not enabled.
• Analytics and cookie consent are not enabled in this build.
• Supabase writes are not enabled from this flow.

2. Before sign in

• Budget Calculator answers are only kept in the browser session in this build.
• Answers are not sent to a server before authentication.
• The personalised result is not shown before sign in.

3. When accounts are enabled

• Users may create an account with Google Sign In or passwordless email sign in.
• Saved estimates and dashboard information may be stored securely.
• Email will be used for account access and operational communication.

4. Data we do not ask for

• Medical information.
• Passport data.
• Payment card details.
• Real-time location.
• Emergency contact information.
• Sensitive third party data unless strictly necessary and approved later.

5. Analytics and cookies

• Analytics will only be used after valid Analytics consent when enabled.
• No personally identifying information should be sent to analytics.
• Analytics must not include email, private review text, authentication tokens, user IDs, payment data or magic link content.

6. Service providers

The final list of service providers is not yet activated. The complete provider list must be documented and reviewed before public launch.

7. Your rights

When accounts are enabled, users will be able to contact the project about access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or any privacy question.

Additional billing details are provided only where legally required for an accepted paid service. Paid planning reviews and payments are not available yet.
